PLIDA

PREPARATORY COURSE FOR THE PLIDA CERTIFICATE EXAM

This course is given in the afternoon and provide for 15 hours of lessons to be attended over a two or three-week period.  The purpose of this course is to prepare candidates for the PLIDA exam through classroom simulations using actual PLIDA exams from previous sessions.  Candidates are thus able to anticipate how the PLIDA exam is structured, how to work within its time limits and how to develop a strategy for successfully taking the PLIDA exam.

The courses are given twice a year, in May and November, in correspondance with the PLIDA sessions and as close as possible to the dates of the examinations, enabling candidates to put the preparation to use in the most profitable manner possible.

For the students who wish to attend our preparatory courses, even though they do not take the examination in Florence, our school can start these courses at any time of the year.

Brochures addressing the PLIDA certification (structure, levels, linguistic abilities, enrolment, etc.) are available by contacting the Secretariat.
