Lodging is available from the day before the beginning of the course to the
day after the end of the course (27 nights). Most of the apartments are
situated in the historic centre of Florence.
When there are a large number of requests, the school may offer
apartments outside the historic centre that can be easily reached from the
school (20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by bus).
Students are advised to reserve accommodation at least two months prior to
the beginning of studies.
Prices start from € 850 per month* (utilities such as water and gas are not
included).
* Some owners require a deposit that is refunded before the student leaves.
HOTEL - RESIDENTIAL HOTEL
The Secretariat can reserve hotel accommodations on request at reduced
prices.
PLEASE NOTE:
After the student has sent the enrolment form and proof of payment has been
received, the Secretariat can begin looking for accomodation.
The student will receive an e-mail with the description of the housing
option. If the accommodation is
satisfactory to the student, he/she will receive another e-mail with all the
details on how to get in contact with the owner/family.
From this moment on, the parties will negotiate directly between
themselves.
Students must clearly inform the owner/family about the day and the hour of
their arrival.
Payment for accommodations is made directly to the
owner/family, usually within three days of arrival.
